For Customers interested in building a long term relationship we are happy to offer assistance and training enabling you to take full control over the customisation of you orders. We can also set up a drafting system whereby customers can generate their own professional drawings that connect to our CNC Machinces. Please contact us to find out more these services.

(Note: Training services are intended to assist prospective long time users. As with all software, the learning process requires repetitive use and we therefore do not generally offer training to one off users or the public).

Online Meetings & Remote Desktop 

We generally conduct meetings with our customer in person or online using AnyDesk to ensure all aspects of the project are correct prior.

AnyDesk is a safe and free application that can either be downloaded or opened via a browser for both Mac and Windows users. Please use the following link to the AnyDesk Website for simple instructions on how to set up prior to arranging an online meeting.
