Thank you for considering Kitchen Factory Online for your upcoming joinery project.
As a trade only supplier of flat pack and assembled cabinetry focusing predominately on manufacture, we expect our clients to have a thorough knowledge of the Kitchen and Joinery trade and to have all aspects of design and construction for each project completely worked out prior to our involvement.
Our preference is for clients to use our online ordering portal which has been developed to accommodate most cabinet customizations as well as automatically pricing the project and generating CNC Machine code (should you wish to proceed with the order). This does however require the entering of the project as individual cabinets and items with all the relevant sizes, colours and finishes. Some initial training in how to use the platform may be required.
Drafting Services:
For those not using our online ordering portal, we offer services that include in house ordering and drafting which are charged at the flat rate of $90/Hour.
Depending on the accuracy of the information initially provided, these files can be sent directly to our CNC Machines. (Note: Each time a modification is made, no matter how minor, a complete re-nest and re-process is required which takes at least15 to 30 minutes. To avoid additional costs associated with re-processing please ensure you have all the correct information available upon initial submission).
Based on an average kitchen with standard detail, here is an estimate for various drafting and processing services which generate a quote automatically.

(Note: There may be a delay in providing this service to first time users with priority given to ongoing clients. With all due respect, from our perspective, a rate of $90/Hour barely covers the cost of labour and software associated with providing this service should the project not proceed).
Help & Training Services:
For Customers interested in building a long term relationship we are happy to offer assistance and training enabling you to take full control over the customisation of you orders. We can also set up a drafting system whereby customers can generate their own professional drawings that connect to our CNC Machinces. Please contact us to find out more these services.
(Note: Training services are intended to assist prospective long time users. As with all software, the learning process requires repetitive use and we therefore do not generally offer training to one off users or the public).

In Regards to Quotes :
As you are aware this can be a very time-consuming process for the joinery trade with many companies now outsourcing this aspect of their business to specialized contractors or purchasing industry specific software designed for quoting.
Our pricing method is built into our CNC Machining programs which therefore requires either the drafting of the whole project or a cabinet list entry of the of the whole project in exact detail. This outputs the price as a byproduct of preparing the project for CNC production. (Calculating the exact quantity of board, Machine time, hardware, edge tape, Sq.m of Polyurethane etc.)
The process is therefore the same whether for generating a quote or processing a job for actual production. It is hence not feasible for us to offer a free quote facility and we subsequently only provide final estimates for customers proceeding with a project as the job is being processed or for customers wishing to use our Paid Drafting Services.
For new customers looking to get an idea of our pricing we can discuss this upon viewing a simple job together and having one of our experienced cabinet makers provide a ball park figure.
For Remote Desktop & Online Meetings :
When preparing to accept a job we generally conduct meetings with our customer online using AnyDesk or in person at our factory to ensure all aspects of the project are correct.
