As a trade-only supplier focused primarily on manufacturing, we expect our clients to have an in-depth understanding of the kitchen and joinery trade. This includes having all aspects of design and construction fully finalized before engaging with us.

You can use any of the following methods to place your order:

Online Ordering System (Free to use via internet access)
Paid Ordering & Drafting Services (Charged at an hourly rate, including the option for 3D drawings and renders)
Submitting Your Own CNC Files (Subject to your existing software compatability or the purchase of software linked to our CNC database)

Online Ordering System

Once your Client Login is created, you can access the Online Ordering System to submit your project. The system will automatically generate an estimate based on the information provided and create the CNC machine code for production if you choose to proceed. This ordering system requires the entry of each cabinet or item individually, specifiying dimensions, colors, finishes, etc. To ensure the best experience and outcomes, we offer initial training for new users who are looking to build an ongoing relationship with us and are unfaliliar with the platform.

Paid Ordering & Drafting Services

For clients not utilizing our Online Ordering System directly, we offer in-house ordering and drafting services at a flat rate of $90/hour.

Depending on the accuracy of the information initially provided, the drafted job files can be sent directly to our CNC Machines. (Note: Each time a modification is made, no matter how minor, a complete re-nest and re-process is required which takes at least 15 to 30 minutes. To avoid additional costs associated with re-processing please ensure you have all the correct information available upon initial submission).

Based on an average kitchen with standard detail, here is a price guide for the various Drafting Services we offer. Upon final payment, the plans become yours with no obligation to continue into production.

A Detailed Quote listing the exact quantities of board, hardware, edge tape, Sq.m of Polyurethane etc., is also provided to assist you with planning your cost for the project. We also include our pricing for these items as well as our charges for machining costs and labour should you wish to proceed with ordering the job with us.

Note : Final Payment for drafting services are payable prior to us forwarding the drawings package so an Online Meeting (see below) can be a good opportunity for you to confirm you are happy with drafting work, prior to payment.

Submitting Your Own CNC Files

Clients using compatible software may be able to submit their files directly and utilize our services as a manufacturing plant only. Please contact us to verify if your existing software is compatible or if you are interested in purchasing compatible software for drafting and production.

In Regards to Quotes

As a trade customer, you are likely aware that quoting in the joinery industry can be a time-consuming process. Many companies now outsource this task to specialized contractors or invest in industry-specific software designed to streamline quoting.

Our pricing system is seamlessly integrated into our CNC machining programs, requiring the project to be entered through our Online Ordering System or drafted using our Drafting Program. Quotes are automatically generated as a byproduct of preparing the project for CNC production.

Since the process for generating a quote is the same as processing a job for production, we do not offer a free quoting service. Final estimates are only provided when a project is being processed for production or through our Paid Drafting Services.

For new customers seeking an idea of our pricing, we can arrange a consultation to review a simple project. One of our experienced cabinet makers will then provide a ballpark estimate.

Online Meetings & Remote Desktop

Once the project is underway, we generally conduct meetings with our customer in person or online using AnyDesk to ensure all aspects of the project are correct prior to finalising and sending to drawings or production.
